This employee onboarding kit for Goodyear was designed to introduce new hires to the company’s culture, history, and values in a clear and engaging way. The concept is built around movement and momentum, tying into Goodyear’s role in keeping people and industries moving forward.
For the design direction, I used tire track-inspired patterns to bring in a stronger sense of motion. I also added subtle references to the Goodyear Blimp as a nod to the brand’s history and recognition. These details helped connect everything back to the brand while keeping the overall kit cohesive and easy to follow.
